kick start self defense
Kick Start Self Defense is an academy that will offer a variety of martial arts classes to equip students with confidence, perseverance, motivation, and patience to overcome challenges in life through our martial arts training. KARATE will be our first martial arts class.
We integrate training programs from Karate practitioners, sports scientists, and early childhood educators to provide age appropriate programs for all levels of students. Our training will focus on physical and mental aspects.
Our lesson plan specifically designed and based on Karate techniques and each of the skills- related physical fitness component. They will be delivered through our weekly lesson plan in four weeks learning block for each component.
