HOVP of Tamarind Suites
We are pleased to share that Tamarind Suites, the final phase of Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya was completed in 2018. Handing over vacant possession notice was sent out on 26th Nov 2018 and to date, over 200 units have been handed over to the owners. We are continuously working on getting all the units delivered and look forward to giving our best in 2019 too!

BookXcess stocks half a million titles in its 3,437m² complex, as well as offering a stage, a cafe and private reading spaces to encourage customers to spend more time and money inside its cavernous depths.

The biggest youth street dance competition in Malaysia
Next Ground 2018 is the biggest youth street dance competition in Malaysia. We hope the new generation dancers can learn and grow through this platform, hence we do provide workshops by local and international experts as well. We are targeting for youth between the age of 7-24 years old.

King Henry VIII College Malaysia in Cyberjaya will accommodate 1,800 pupils on a modern, spacious campus with state-of-the-art facilities for learning, sports, drama and many other activities. (term begins Sep 2018)

First Chinese school in Cyberjaya
The first Chinese school in Cyberjaya is completed and will begin classes on 1st March 2018 with 150 students! The school, SJK (C) Union obtained its CCC late last year.
